At AlderPaws, we're devoted to providing exceptional pet care services for dogs. We are motivated by a deep passion for animals and quality care. When your furry friend comes to AlderPaws, they become part of our family.
We have always been a dog family, but after Michael, our beautiful English Bulldog passed in 2022 we decided we needed a little time before we had our next.
Missing him has been hard for all of us, so the decision to become Dog Walkers, Boarders & Sitters was a very easy one! Every dog we care for will be welcomed into our lives and treated by myself, my daughter and my fiance, with as much love and attention as if they were our own.
We are dedicated to creating a home from home Or a walk from walk for your dog. Catering for all their individual needs, from late pick ups, to grooming to special dietary requirements.

DOG WALKING
AlderPaws run Group and Solo dog walks across North Aberdeenshire, Monday to Friday.
Our Dog Walkers are Doggy 1st Aid Trained.
Group Walks (2 - 6 dogs)
Our hour long, Group walks are the perfect way for your doggy to get lots of exercise and socialise.
Your dog will be collected from home and taken on one of our specially selected, quiet and secluded, local walks. Before a quick brush down and dropped home.
For the more shy & anxious pups or the boisterous & excitable doggies or those with special requirements, we might recommend a Solo walk to begin with.
Solo Walks (Single Dogs)
Our hour long, one on one walks are specially tailored to your dogs needs.
Your dog will be collected from home and taken on a specially selected, safe and secluded local walk.
The Solo walk allows us one on one time with your furry friend, helping them relax and enjoy their exercise, safely and comfortably.
FREE MEET & GREET
Every doggy has it's own individual care and requirements. We have a free meet and greet prior to all bookings, allowing us to meet you and your doggy, learn their needs and get to know their temperament. That way we can give them the walk that suits them.

DOG BOARDING
AlderPaws is a fully licensed Dog Boarders.
Whether it is just overnight or for longer, we will make your doggy's stay a holiday!
Leaving your pet behind for any length of time can be stressful, which is why we go the extra mile to make their stay with us as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. From spacious accommodation to tailored exercise, your doggy will have exactly the right amount of space they need to stretch their legs and then stretch out.
We're dedicated to meeting the unique needs of every dog in our care and we bespoke their stay around those needs. From meal times to bedtimes, walkies to playtime, we will tailor their days so they are as happy and content as they would be at home.
We will keep you up-to-date with how your doggy is doing with regular pup-dates, pictures and videos and when possible, happy to video call so you can say hi!
Our home is large enough to take up to 3 dogs from the same household.
If you are local, we can pick up and drop off your doggy. We appreciate holiday travel can be at unsociable hours and where possible we will be flexible with times.

DOG SITTING
If you have a brand new puppy or a sick doggy leaving them home alone can be incredibly daunting, but sometimes very necessary.
Our dog sitting service aims to alleviate some of the stress and worry when leaving a vulnerable pup. The visit is tailored to your doggy's needs, from toilet breaks to pee clean ups, mealtimes to medications or just a little stroke and a cuddle.
We will schedule our visits to fall as close as we can to the middle of your absence, breaking up any alone time as much as possible.
